Registration for Summer League and YCC is open now at this link.
Summer League is played Monday nights at the National Sports Center in Blaine, beginning June 13th and finishing August 8th. The league is an all inclusive and open enrolled event that places participants into several mixed teams. The league has both a U19 division and U16 division to better accommodate skill levels. These teams have weekly match ups over the course of the Summer & culminate into a Summer League championship game. The league is open to all levels of experience and is the sanctioned Youth Club League that makes up the YCC rosters.
Youth Club Championships (YCC) brings the best U16 and U19 ultimate clubs in the nation to Minnesota for one National Championship event. The tournament is an annual event, taking place each summer in August with over 70 teams and 1300 athletes over three days.
Divisions include U19 Open, U19 Girls, U19 Mixed, U16 Open, and U16 Girls. Minnesota Ultimate fields at least one team in each division every summer. Minnesota YCC goes by the team name Superior. The team name has been around for many years and resembles not only the state's obvious connection to the Great Lake that goes by the same name, but also speaks to the program's commitment to superior character, spirit, quality of play, coaching, and leadership.
