Thanks for coming by on Tuesday evening! It was great to meet everyone. As you know, our first fundraising blitz is THIS SUNDAY. We are meeting in the AVHS parking lot at NOON. John Frank from IMPACT fundraising estimated that we would be driving around from 1:00 to 6:00, but it depends how quickly people are moving. When you arrive on Sunday, we will have individual routes per driver, spanning a section of the AVHS attendance area.
This is a very important fundraiser for us as we are trying to grow the program, but also keep player/parent costs down. We need all the help we can get! The nice thing about this fundraiser is that we are focusing the effort into two blitz days and all of the other leg work is done for us. All we need you to do is drive a team around a predesignated area for an afternoon and we will be successful.
