Week 1 Games CANCELLED - Workout below

NO GAME tomorrow. We can't do much until the weather cooperates. What we CAN do is start some conditioning. We have 3-4 weeks until Madison. You're gonna hate yourself if you haven't done a little work this month to prepare. Trust us, Ultimate is not that fun when you're way out of shape. You'll thank us later. Make it fun by getting together with a teammate or two, blasting some Rihanna, and doing the following:

AMRAP (As many reps as possible):
- 30 sec. Body-weight squats (get down to parallel at least)
- 30 sec. Push-ups (knee push ups if you can't do regular)
- 30 sec. Leg raises (lay on your back, legs straight & together, raise legs about 18 inches, lower)
- 1 minute rest.

Do the above for 4 rounds (or more)--so a total workout time of only 9 minutes! If you're feeling competitive, keep track of the total number of reps and post them here . Let me know if you have questions!
